Below Baseline Partnership with The Arnott's Group

Sentient Dynamics (Accelerate Tech), in collaboration with Microsoft, is proud to announce the successful deployment of a cutting-edge emission-reporting solution for The Arnott’s Group (TAG), a renowned food brand parent company. Leveraging the power of Below Baseline, Sentient’s innovative software, TAG now meets its local environmental obligations with ease.

By building upon Microsoft Sustainability Manager, a state-of-the-art tool automating emission recording and reporting processes, Sentient’s solution delivers specialised Australian National Greenhouse Emissions Regulation (NGER) reporting capabilities. In addition, Sentient facilitated seamless integration with popular platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, SAP, and utilised Azure Forms Recognizer AI models to extract valuable data from energy bill PDF formats and incorporate it into Microsoft Sustainability Manager. TAG becomes the first organisation in Australia and New Zealand to utilise this comprehensive Microsoft solution, while also pioneering the adoption of Below Baseline.

James Diekman, Principal Consultant at Sentient, emphasised the company’s expertise in sustainability, carbon emissions, and data and AI, which was instrumental in fulfilling Arnott’s requirements. With increased visibility into its emissions activities and the ability to report impact and progress in near-real time, Arnott’s can enhance its sustainability strategies, inform stakeholders about its goals, and pave the way for a greener future. The development of Below Baseline began in August last year, and after a successful deployment period starting in January, Sentient concluded the implementation for Arnott’s in March.
